Changes to Digital TV
From time to time digital TV channels can change. Be it changing a channel name or channel number, going altogether and sometimes new channels are created. After a change in your area has occured, it may be nessesary to retune any TV or recording equipment to continue watching programmes.
When Will Channels Change?
On-screen messages should let you know when changes to Freeview signals are taking place in your area. If you are missing channels or the number has changed this can also mean changes have happened.

*Please note: We can only retune for services available on any given day and this is also subject to weather conditions. While we make every effort to inform the customer of any up coming changes and of any problems with signal in the area at the time, we cannot be held responsible if Freeview changes happen after the visit or the signal is bad when we arrive. Also the aerial system on site must be in fully working order for the retune to be effective.

No Signal or No Service
If you ever get the message on screen 'No Signal' or 'No Service', this can mean that channels have changed, however it can also mean that you are having signal issues such as poor weather or high atmospheric pressure. It may even be a fault with the aerial system at your property.
